Susitna View is a 14,540 sf supportive housing facility completed in 2016. The building provides a place for chronically homeless people in Anchorage with severe physical and mental needs.  This renovation project converted an existing four-story office building into a 20-unit apartment building with supporting offices and services on the first floor.  Eleven of the apartments are handicap accessible.  Dwelling unit interiors are warm and bright with wood accents and large windows.
