Turnagain Place

29 affordable housing units nested in an established older neighborhood in Anchorage. This project consists of 3 buildings – 13 Townhouses and one apartment building with  16 handicapped accessible units. Photo-voltaic  and solar-thermal systems are incorporated into the overall design.

Consistent throughout the development is that every unit has its own exterior entry. This eliminated long, dark corridors often known in apartments buildings.
